It’s not as readily considered as part of a business’s health & safety plan. Still, in most countries, you do have some responsibility to deal with stress in employees. Poor decision making, a higher volume of mistakes than usual and increased absence are just some signs of stress. Learn to recognise them. Then help individuals cope with stress by addressing work aspects that may put too much pressure on them.
