A Great Start: It is extremely critical to follow a routine every morning. This helps to set you up for the day. He felt that his day was a lot more productive due to this unusual way of slotting out his time. When you slot your day in terms of minutes and not hours, you ensure that even the shortest time that you have during the day is scheduled making it a more productive day. In fact, some people even prefer to schedule 4-5-minute meetings making sure that even a small part of the day is not wasted away.
