Jason Bourne – After The Bourne Ultimatum in 2007, Jason Bourne is here once more for another movie self-titled Jason Bourne, which is said to be Bourne’s retiral film. Jason Bourne played by Matt Damon is once again on the move as a superspy who recalls who he really is and strives to discover the hidden truth about his past. Film is set to hit theatres on July 29.


Suicide Squad – Adding up to the superhero line-up this year is the much awaited, naughty film based on DC comic about a group of imprisoned super villains recruited by a secret government agency. The gang is packed with the most famous villains, mostly Batman’s villains like Joker (Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). The squad’s leader is played by Will Smith as the expert marksman Deadshot and also together with Enchantress (Care De Levigne) and many others hired to execute dangerous black ops missions in exchange for clemency. The movie will be available on August 5.


Miss Peregrine’s School for Peculiar Children – An another Tim Burton film which is an adaptation of Ransom Riggs’ best-selling book Miss Peregrine’s School for Peculiar Children. This is a story of an orphan named Jacob who travels in a mysterious island where he discovers an orphanage run by Miss Peregrine played by Eva Green and where peculiar and powerful students live. The film will be available on the 30th of September.


The Girl on the Train – This is another Gone Girl film by Tate Taylor. The Girl on the Train is an intriguing crime fiction movie that involves a girl named Rachel (Emily Blunt) whose home life is in despair. spies on an attractive couple every morning and evening from the train to bring a vicarious pleasure to herself. Until she witness a possible crime that leads to the disappearance of the girl.


Doctor Strange – The last superhero film to hit theaters this year. Doctor Strange is quite different to most Marvel films as it’s teased as a mind trip action film. Starring, Benedict Cumberbatch, Doctor Strange, a brilliant yet arrogant surgeon, is trained by a sorcerer to defend the world against evil. The film’s showing in on November 4.


La La Land – A musical film by writer/director Damien Chazelle starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. Following Chazelle’s first Oscar nomination Whiplash, is another artistic masterpiece about a jazz musician in LA who falls in love with an aspiring actress. Film release will be on December 2.
