  2. The customer always comes first. It’s an important mantra to remember. Keeping the customer happy is one of the most important aspects of the business. When you post on your social media sites, don’t sound like a robot. And don’t spout out any business-lingo a customer might not understand. Customers want to feel like your equal, a person they could get to know.
  5. Keep the passion strong. The number one key to a successful business is to be passionate about what you’re doing. Too often, business owners get to caught up in the hassle, and forget that they actual enjoy their jobs. Passion is what keeps you going through endless hours, even when it seems like their might not be an end in sight. And passion is what pushes your business ahead of everybody else.
